I think it would be a nice feature to make a search in the oncotree tree by specifying the search term through a query parameter in the URL:

Currently in our database we have the specific tumor disease mapped to oncotree tumor types. We also provide a link so the user can go to see the tumor type in the oncotree website.
In this moment I can create a link to an specific version of the tree as you provide version as a query parameter. For example:

It would be nice that the result of the search would be exposed as well as a query parameter. For example:

And the user gets an expanded tree with the top results of the search.

I would also like this feature for my website. Basically, opening the tree at the specified leaf from a search query in the url.

Hello,

Oncotree does have the flexibility of adding the search oncotree code in the URL, an example being as follows:
http://oncotree.mskcc.org/#/home?version=oncotree_2019_03_01&search_term=(MCL)

This will open the tree to the node speicfied in the URL.

Thanks,
Ritika

Great but
Can you add this info on the API tab? I found this parameter looking into the js code and then searching the goups.
A bit tedious....

Thanks in advance

kind regards

Didier
