Job Title : Business Analyst - Finance Experience
Location : Overland Park, KS.
Required:-
Provide Business Analyst expertise to the Finance Initiative project in the areas of business requirements documentation, GUI design and layout, and application testing.
- Prepare High Level Logical Data Design, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), Test Cases and supporting documents containing the essential business elements and detailed definitions.
- Assist with user testing of systems, developing and maintaining quality procedures, and ensuring appropriate documentation.
- Design GUI layouts and provide screen functionality requirements to developers
- Partner with the technical teams in the research and resolution of application and process problems.
- Support UAT and other duties as assigned
Desired:-
6-8 Years of IT experience.
Strong Business Analysis background with minimum 6 years' experience in the following areas:
- Experience in GUI layout and design
- Ability to conceptualize and document system landscapes
- Logical thinker - able to identify potential design issues and suggest alternatives
- Working understanding of insurance and finance terminology and concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
