AIESEC ZJU 2012-2013 Team Leader Transition Camp Preparation
Dear Outgoing Team Leader:
Your Team Leader Journey is almost at ends. Thank you so much for your efforts , for your Trust Thank you so much for developing your Team Member, they are ready to take their leadership roles and to begin their Team Leader Journey.

我们Preparation Camp 初步定在26号晚上，27号Newly Selected TL 要么去Summer Camp 要么去X 。
TL Transition camp 需要大家准备以下东西，希望大家在25号晚上打包发给我，在Transition Camp上一会让大家去delivery 一些session, 具体如下：
1. 请带着自己的Team Leader 去reraise TN Taker，并把自己的successor 介绍给TN Taker.
2. 是TN Fee还没有收好的，请按照胖胖的那个表按时收好。
3. 资料包： A： Raise:【Contact List/ Contracts/Proposal/Customer Relationship（和不同TN Taker关系如何，为什么，有什么样的合作基础）/Timeline/Pipeline/和TN taker 重要往来的重要邮件】
B: Match 【Promotion Letter/Cold Mail 模板/Global VP ,Match Manager Contact Lists】
C: Trainee Management 【AN/Wiki Link/Calendar/Trainee Management Plan/Certificate】
D: Event Management 【Event Picture/Video/Event Management Plan/Event Report/ Feedback 】
E: sharing: {Team Member Management(怎么去管理自己的Member，有什么样的Tips/ Project understanding (项目的瓶颈+项目的发展方向+可能解决的方法)/Crisis Management(在你的Term中会遇到什么样的crisis，Member development或者是performance Management的方向)
