Dear AIESECers,

Hereby I would love to release the LC TN Fee refund for realizations happen during Mar 1 to May 31. (130 realizations so far)

Refund Criteria:

1. Sign up: 

LC Need to sign up your refund application according to different project with your project wiki link, and number of realizations.

2. Trainee survey:

LC need to send out the trainee survey to all the trainees and push them to submit the survey ASAP.

3.Application and Refund Flow:

1st round of refund audit will be undertaken on May 31 by NST-Trainee XP Management Group.

Only LCs with 60% of trainee survey submitted and standard fulfillment can pass this round of audit. 

LC who pass the 1st round audit will get your refund in your June LC balance 

从5月30日起，每月30号是申请当月TN Fee Refund的DDL

每月30日LC申请结束后，会有我的trainee xp manager NST来审核，在次月3日announce审核结果

通过审核的LC在次月月初的LC balance里收到TN Fee Refund

第一次审核没通过的LC可以延迟申请一个月，在次月30日前再次提交申请NST审核

如果第二次申请还不过这批refund就作废不得再申请

即，本月开始TN Fee Refund的申请和下发会每月一次!

所以5月底来不及收集trainee survey的LC可以在6月底连同6月的realization共同申请refund.

提醒：从6月1日起，MC会announce新的TN Fee Refund Criteria，敬请关注。
