Spotted one today at around 12:30pm at Rosetta McClain  Gardens 1919 Kingston Road.

I did not get a good picture but recorded a good close up video.

There have been a number of sightings in Northumberland County, and Port Hope area in particular. Many citizens grow Dutchman's pipe. Photos were taken of sightings of adults and caterpillars in Port Hope and further north at Perrytown.
