All-
First, let me apologize for taking so long to get back to you all. Since our meeting in November, I have been working to identify a way to bring a technical writer on-board to get the standard written. In concert with the CSI PAs, we identified an opportunity to add the writing of the 5% standard to an existing contract with KEMA consulting and have now brought them on-board to move the 5% plan forward through the development of a formalized specification that can be used by manufacturers and testing labs.

In an effort to get this work started, I would like to plan a meeting of the 5% metering accuracy group a week from this Thursday (1/22/08) at the offices of KEMA in Oakland.  An agenda for this meeting will be sent out shortly.
