Transfer of oversight of 5% metering accuracy from Nick Chaset to Mona Dzvova and Molly Sterkel

As many of you know, I am leaving the Commission to pursue a graduate degree and tomorrow is my last day.  On a going forward basis Mona Dzvova and Molly Sterkel will be overseeing the implementation of the 5% metering accuracy specification.  Their emails are Molly Sterkel -- m...@cpuc.ca.gov and Mona Dzvova -- m...@cpuc.ca.gov.  I am confident that they will do great work and I encourage you all to reach out to them with any questions or comments as the process to finalize the specification is completed.
