Draft Plan for Review - Comments by NOON - Monday, March 24th

Attached is the draft plan for certifying 5% inverter-integrated meters.  Please provide your comments & suggestions to me no later than NOON on Monday, March 24th.  I am preparing the Advice Letter to file with this plan, which is due on Friday, March 28th.  I would greatly appreciate hearing from everyone in the Working Group since this document represents the culmination of our collective efforts over the past 9 months.
