HaiwellCloud SCADA software enables the monitoring and control of industrial processes. It is also the software used to configure the HMI line. And best of all, it is free.

This Tutorial serves as a support for the Training Module for running and programming Haiwell Cloud SCADA. With it, you will follow the course content. In the Training a case study is presented that simulates a real application, a supervisory and control system.

The learning sequence laid out in this training is the basis that Alfacomp, with all its experience in developing software and solutions, considers as common practices for creating supervision and control applications. The script in this tutorial presents an example application with the most important system features and tools. This application does not cover all the possibilities offered by the tool, however the information presented here in this first contact will be enough for the user to become autonomous to create their own applications.

In the Training a case study is presented that simulates a real application, a supervisory and control system. In this case we will monitor the level of a reservoir, and the status of a pump, including alarms and reports.

The first step is to download the software from the link( -inicial/haiwell-cloud-scada). Once this is done you will receive a compressed file, which you must extract to get the executable to start the installation.

In this chapter we will register the software, registration is free, and for this reason is recommended, so that runtime simulations are not limited as mentioned before. After installing and opening the develop app, look for the help menu and register the software.

By clicking on item 2, you will be directed to a page, where you will provide your data and especially your e-mail address to receive the registration code. Enter whether you are a developer or a user and fill in the other data marked by *.

When you finish the settings and choose the desired PLC, the system will ask you if you want to add its variables, we will do this now, but it could be done later by going into the variable, device field or even through the Project profile in the center of the screen selecting the registered device.

With the new screen, insert a background and the copy of the buttons ( Picture operation object) from the main screen into the top menu for a navigation menu. Now select objects in the library for us to manipulate in simulation mode, to add them just go into the library, choose the items and click on them, then click on the canvas and adjust as you like.

Insert a cursor and an animated fan motor. We will use the variable V0 added in the device (Haiwell PLC) for the cursor to show the level of this reservoir, if you are in doubt about adding devices, go back to point 4.2. Take advantage of this and insert one more item of type X, at address 0, to use as the pump-on indicator, below properties of the indicator used in the figure above.
