Heat Seeker - This is a custom rocket launcher that launches a rocket. It will look on to any player that is near where you are aiming. (Only players). The rocket will follow the player until its blows up
Javalin - This is a custom rocket launcher that launches a rocket straight up into the air after a few seconds it rapidly descends to your target. The target is located where you are looking and marked with a flare.
Healing - A custom f1 grenade. This grenade is the only grenade to not kill but instead heals all players around it with a passive heal along with an instant heal. It will also pick up any downed players
Each weapon has a skin attached to it. You can use any loot plugin and add these weapons to your loot tables along with the skin ids. All skin ids can be found in the config file and this allows you to only add the weapons you want. Alternatively, there is a command to spawn each grenade for admins.

the after of my server rests in your hands I need an enchanter class but the enchanters don't have inner mana so they rely on magic armor and weapons which they are god at enchanting what i need is for them to be able to charge armor, weapons,and tools with mana potions,mana emeralds or somthing like that if anyone or the dev form this plugin can help me out you can be plugin dev on my server.
In order to give yourself weapons of irregular/unobtainable (through trade) qualities, you would need to use server plugins. If you're not familiar with plugins, they are essentially add-ons to a server (notable examples of popular plugins being !RTD and !ROBOT).
You can give yourself weapons of these qualities using the SourceMod [TF2Items] Give Weapon plugin. Keep in mind this is a server plugin, meaning that simply dragging the files into your TF2 folder would be wasting your time - research on how to create your own dedicated server (Windows or Linux) if you're interested in recreating some of what Karma Charger does.
I ended up making my plugin a dependency of shootercore instead of shootercore being a dependency of my plugin and now my custom weapons created in my plugin are available for selection in the weapon spawner.
