NEW to ONA: Adding a Decline to Answer to Numeric Field Question

Hi, 

I am trying to add a decline to answer option to a numeric field. Putting the instruction 999 for decline to answer doe not work as the question value needs to be lower than a certain threshold. Is there a feature to simply add a decline to answer option to your survey?

I'm not sure if I understand your question Allison. Can you post a screenshot of the question and answer options?
