When I uploaded the respondent list, there were some blank rows at the
bottom of the csv file which has resulted in blank names/emails in the
respondent list.

Is there a way of deleting these while the survey is going on? I have
some completed / partial surveys and don't want to lose the data and
make many participants re-do it. I thought of re-loading a clean list
but wasn't sure what it would do to completed surveys.

Hello Mike,

Try this:

- Go to the Survey Manager
- Click on the Action dropdown button for your survey and click on
'Edit Respondents'
- Locate the empty rows and click on the Edit button
- Change the status to Disabled, and then click on Save.

This works for open surveys. You can also follow these steps to
correct typos in names and emailaddresses.

To reload the list you would need to close the survey and create a new
version. That would also mean that the new survey would not include
the existing responses. If the questions in both survey versions are
exactly the same you could potentially combine the two data sets
afterwards, but that would mean a fair bit of manual work and the risk
of errors/typos increase.

Hi Mike, You should be able to disable them by going into "Edit
Respondent" in the Action menu, edit the blank names, and change the
status to "disable".
