Some respondents do not appear in Onasurveys

Dear all, 

I have uploaded my list with mailing list and respondents list in excel.  It is strange that two people do not appear in ONAsurveys. I added both as nodes manually otherwise people can not select them. However I really wonder why this may be?

Please raise ticket. Then I’ll have a look at the spreadsheet and see if there’s a problem with formatting or similar.
