All of my sims are "gameplay ready" - they come with skills, occupation, and their orientation, color, music, hobby, and body shape preferences preselected. I don't use the EA fashion and interior preferences or lifestyles because I find their gameplay to be annoying.
You can change them however you like. Fuck em, marry em, kill em, but above all else, feel free to tag me in your adventures with them!
Please let me know if you run into any issues.
These are the sliders I have installed, and my sims may or may not use them. They may not look 100% identical to my photos in your game if you don't have them installed, but the difference usually isn't super drastic. I include any presets my sims use in their download files.
Lumpinou Open Love Life - This mod adds the ability to choose preferences for monogamous/polyamorous relationships. If you have it installed, all of my sims will come with their relationship preferences preselected.
