Subbmission without having an account

Hello, is it possible for someone to make a submission without having an account? When I share the  Offline URL with someone, it asks of them to log in, which is something that i don't think was happening before, and anybody with the link could submit data to a public project. Has this changed, or am forgetting some settings?

Hello Programas, Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Jenn from the Support team. If you want the users to be able to access the form without logging in and submit data, you need to make sure the require authentication has been turned off from the account settings page.
