Single submission with the Offline URL?

Hello, when someone finishes a survey using the Offline URL, the form returns to the beggining. This has caused confussion to some users, who were unsure if their submission had actually been registered. Is there a way to prevent this, and make it more clear that the answers have been already sent by not allowing them to inmediatly start a new survey?

Maybe that's what the Single Submission URL is for, but i'm unsure of its behaviour. Can that URL only be used once and then it changes? Or can it be used multiple times by different people?

Hello Nati, Thank you for contacting us. The offline URL works by keeping the submissions and submitting them to the server once there is a network connection. Once a submission is made a new blank form loads for the next submission. A single submission URL means a user/enumerator can only enter a record once. You would need to select the single submission URL from the overview page as shown: This would allow users to make a single submission and will not allow them to make any additional submissions within their ongoing browser session.
