Hi all, I am having an error on my form submission "Unknown submission problem on data server. (402)"

Hello Benjamin, Thank you for contacting us. The 402 error message is being returned because you have gone over the plan's form submission number limit. I would recommend upgrading your account to be able to submit extra submissions. Take a look at our plans page for more information on form submission limits with the available plans at Ona. You can upgrade your account by clicking on My Plan on your profile avatar. Please take a look at our payments and billing guide for more information on upgrading your account.
