Encrypted form

Dear all,

I have an encrypted form on ONA with hundreds of submissions, but I am not able to decrypt while extracting because I lost the privatekey.

Is there a way to get the privatekey if I have the public key of the form?

Please any support is much appreciated.

Hello Walaa, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no other way to obtain the private key since it is normally stored on the local drive on your computer. I recommend you pause data collection, create new keys and upload a new form and ensure that you store the private key safely. Please let me know if you require any further support.
