Dear Sylvia

Thanks for your response. the problem that I face is I have 4 different forms, all others except 1 are submitted very well but this one failure and they are all in the same server url. I am trying to check the submission codes for this particular form, may be they were specifies to a different server url.

This is more about the network. Try the submission using a different network, if you're using wifi try a different network. What version of ODK Collect are you using? Have you configured ODK Collect to use the server url https://odk.ona.io?
