Hello, I am developing a survey (pre-assessment) that I would like to use during a training to assess knowledge and expectation of participants. I usually use ONA questionnaires to collect data through tablets but I was wondering if there is another way to collect data - like for example through a link once you have the questionnaire in ONA.

Hello, Once you have uploaded the form in Ona, you can open the form in Enketo by clicking on Webform link on Overview page. See this guide on how to use Enketo for data collection. You can share the Enketo URL to users and collect data without signing in their accounts. To be able to achieve this, you need to turn off Require Phone Authentication on your account’s Settings page. With Require Phone Authentication turned off, anyone can submit data to forms in your account via Enketo, as long as they have the webform URL, or via ODK Collect, by appending the account username to the configuration URL. Yes, there is web version of the form if you are not using android provided the browser you are using is compatible with the form, the compatible browser is chrome

Hello Giada, You can use Enketo webforms for data collection. Once you’ve added your form to Ona, select the Webform icon next to the name of the form. This opens up on a new tab. You can copy that link and share it with the training participants. Have a look at this guide for more information on Enketo webforms. You may also want to turn off require authentication, if you do not want to have the training participants enter their username and password. You can turn off require authentication, then turn it back on once the survey is done. Have a look at this guide for more information on setting require authentication.
