404 error message on data submission

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing this error, titled, "generic error". This came about after the data collection, and submission is hinderedd. 

Can someone help us out?

Hello there, Thanks for contacting us. The 404 error on ODK Collect is returned if the form has been deleted or replaced. To resolve this, you need to confirm the correct location of the form and download it again. Additionally, if there was any data previously collected, you need to use ODK Briefcase to push the submissions to Ona. Whereafter, you can then download the new form and continue data collection. Hello Matthew, Attached is an example of how you can add a logo to your form. You would need to add the image/logo to your form media files for it to be displayed during data collection and ensure that the file name is the same as what you have referenced on the XLSForm.
