Public form

Hi Evans,

I have created a form and put it under public. My intention is to allow my respondents to fill the form and submit it. Is it possible? I found that the puclic form can only be viewed and downloaded but not for submitting data.

If I put the form in the private, then I have to pre register the ONA account of my respondents which will be very difficult.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?

Hello Dede, Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Jenn from the Support team. If you want the users to be able to access the form without logging in and submit data, you need to make sure the require authentication has been turned off from the account settings page.
