Failure to send ODK file

I am using ODK collect for some info. I have 4 different forms and after data collection as am trying to send the forms only 3 and sent but one fails to send and I am getting this message
"Error: Invalid status code on Head request. If you have a web proxy, you may need to login to your network”
This message repeats for each form I do send so please can someone help if you have ever come across such a problem?
