Dear Ona.io Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am trying to connect an Ona.io dataset to Power BI, but I am encountering some issues with the data not being read accurately. Power BI is not accurately reading the data, and it is somehow appearing in different columns.
I have tried some basic troubleshooting steps, such as verifying the data format and checking for missing values, but the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue.
I would be happy to provide more details or information about the issue if needed. Please let me know if there is any further information, I can provide to help resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Hello Hussein, Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. When you connect the form for the first time, does the data get into the wrong columns? Please share the project, in which the form is located, with onasupport and assign a Can View and Download permission level to enable us to look into the issue. Once you have shared the project, please send an email to sup...@ona.io with the details account name, project name, and form title. Regards, Samson |
