Unable to download form to ODK Collect.

    Hello,

   We have updated form in a MoDa system and in a MoDa form opens up ok, but we are unable to download it to ODK Collect. The message is "This form cannot be processed. If you keep having this problem, report it to person who asked you to collect data". 

 We tried to resolve it, but could not resolve it. 

Also, before the forms in the MoDa system used to have maps, where we could find a locations to point it not using coordinates. Now no forms have a map and we have to insert the coordinates to show a point. Is it (map) permanently removed or is it only our region, or is it will be fixed and maps will be available again?  

  Could you please let us know how to resolve it.

We recommend you open a ticket on the Moda support system for faster responses and easy ticket tracking. On the issue you are facing with the form on ODK Collect, please share the project, in which the form is located, with onasupport and assign a Can Submit permission level to enable us to look into the issue.
