Hi Faith,
Thanks for the quick reply,
Based on your advice, i went a bit further and now it works. I set up an account for the public data collectors (username: "lepke_butterfly") >> i added this ONA user as collaborator to my public butterfly monitoring project, containing only one specific form ("korai lepkék - early butterflies") >> i set the share permissions of this added user to "can submit" >> now data submitters submitting under this shared "lepke_butterfly" username/account can only see the intended single form in my shared project (within a new organization, actually).
Question:
Can i have a higher number (say 1,000) of monthly submissions for this citizen science project for free? (i'm not sure for which account in this case: the public project with the form is within a public organization under my "meggypej" account but actually the added "lepke_butterfly" user submits the data to my project(?). << Reason of asking this: Your plans are reasonably priced, concerning that there's a lot of work behind ONA, offering great tools. However, I'm doing all this (and many other environmental projects) for free, trying to raise public attention and support for citizen science in butterfly and moth conservation. Your reasonable monthly price "
Standard Plan ($99 per month)" is roughly one sixth of my monthly salary from environmental conservation and other projects commissioned by National Parks + with this plan i can still not use webhooks. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get any grant or public fund to cover my expenses. Actually, i've already inquired about upgrading my free plan for my other citizen science butterfly transect project but, partly because the above pricing offer from ONA sales, i decided to migrate it to another Hungarian public database (Open BioMaps).
What i can offer in return: advertise ONA, listing it as a sponsor of this public citizen science/field data collection project for butterfly conservation, on the websites of environmental protection and education groups and possibly National Park websites too.
(For my own paid environmental projects, i use my own installation of ODK Aggregate but i don't have my own Enketo installation >> the public cannot submit data on non-Android smartphones.)
Best wishes,
András (&)
