Transportation Program Manager
The Transportation Program Manager will work help communities across the country better coordinate their land use and transportation policies. This person should be a transportation engineer by training with an in-depth knowledge of how transportation and land
use policy intersect. The Manager will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to state agency staff, working with town and city leaders, and advocating with members of Congress.

Program Associate
We're looking for a flexible, adaptable team player interested in a broad range of issues to join our staff as a Program Associate. This person will work on many of our programs—including the Local Leaders Council, LOCUS, and the National Complete Streets Coalition,

The Economic Development/Community Development Specialist will provide direct assistance on community revitalization in urban and rural communities around the country, and work on associated local, state and federal policy issues. An ideal candidate will be

an exceptional writer and editor, who is media-savvy and tapped in to news about politics and smart growth development. The Communications Associate will ideally use all those skills to create engaging content for Smart Growth America’s website, email blasts
