Hello all

                      

  As you know, the City of Newark, Trenton, Jersey City, East Orange, Montclair, Irvington, Bloomfield, Passaic and Patterson  passed a Paid Sick Leave law, which allows all private sector workers in the city to earn paid sick time to take time off from work to care for themselves or for family members.

 

To help get the word out to communities about this new law and about efforts advocating for workers’ paid sick days,  New Jersey Citizen Action is offering free presentations on “know your rights” about this law.

 

In addition to presenting on earned sick days law, we can also provide information on New Jersey’s Family Leave Insurance program.
