Hello Friend,   We are delighted to announce the launch of our very first Tree Manual, which is now available for you to explore! This essential resource not only outlines the City’s policies and procedures for tree planting and care, but also features a carefully curated list of approved tree species suitable for our streets.   We encourage you to access the manual through the Rooted In Newark webpage or through the following link. Sharing this resource with your networks will help us branch out and cultivate a community that actively participates in shaping our urban forestry initiatives.    We're excited to share that this summer, we'll be hosting a webinar with our Tree Superintendent, Ryan Metz!
