The once largest indoor farming operation in the United States, Aerofarms, has recently file bankruptcy. There Newark facility is now available for leasing. See the email below and attachments.

Maybe this could be an opportunity for cooperative farming.

Per our conversation Attached please find the information on the former Aerofarms space.  The tenant specific buildout is still in place with most of the components.  It’s a 27,000 sf unit with 2 loading docks and 24 foot ceilings.  Flyer and floorplan attached.  Please reach out to see or for further information.  Thanks
