    Hey , greetings, what's new?
I thought you might like to check out this conceptual master plan for an
ecovillage in Shoal Creek NC, USA created by Greg Ramsey, the architect and
founder of www.villagehabitat.com in Atlanta. Greg is a friend of mine -I
worked for him a while- and he has been designing ecovillage and such types
of communities for decades. Once there is a piece of land and a committed
visionary or two he can take you through the process of getting others
involved (through interactive hands on workshops) all the way through to
bringing it to life. He has decades of experience doing this with many
success stories and his dad was a professor teaching this kind of stuff
back in the 60s and 70s. Feel free to forward this out to your network as
there's a little something for everyone in this.
    Kind Regards

    Hey all,
Wanted to share the initial design and program for a state of the art farm
ecovillage Village Habitat Design is designing in North Carolina - see
attached. This ecovillage is designed to preserve rural land while starting
    up
agricultural, artisanal and appropriate technology educational and work
opportunities as well as housing in rural areas. Please forward on to
    anyone
you think might be interested. We can use these pattersn to step back and
    plan
and protect large rural areas (while preserving 90% of open space) or zoom
    in
    to infill areas.
    thank you,
