Hi there,
Every month we host a virtual gathering with our field organizers, farmers, and partners called the Young Farmers Front Porch. This month, we celebrate BIPOC land
access! Please join us for our upcoming Young
Farmers Front Porch
call on July 25 at 12PM PT // 1PM MT // 3PM ET.
July is the Increasing Land Access, Security, and Opportunities (LASO) Act's one year anniversary. Come celebrate with Michelle Hughes, our Co-Executive
Director, Erin Foster West, Policy Campaigns Director, and Land Fellow Nelson Hawkins, and learn about the Ujamaa Farmer Collective!
After two years of effort, the Ujamaa Farmer Collective has acquired 22 acres of farmland near Woodland, California to further their mission of securing access to resources
for the success of Black farmers in the Sacramento, CA region.
All who register will be entered to win a $100 Carhartt gift card as a thank you for showing up to celebrate land access. Please
register here and share widely with your networks.
In solidarity,
The National Young Farmers Coalition Field Team
