Hey Carol,

 

I don't have your number stored in my cell, as I should. It seems that residents has discovered who tried locking us out of our lot this past Saturday. Well, the guy more like revealed himself.

 

According to resident Edwin, the guy was parked in front of our lot the entire morning stating that he works for the owner of the building on Mt. Prospect St. which is directly in back of our lot. The guy stated that our lot belongs to the owner of the building that he works for and he threatened to cut off the chain that I currently have on the fence. Edwin warned the guy that he will go to jail if he did.

 

Another resident took down the license plates of the car he was driving. Let me know what information you need from me so that we can put a lid on this before it escalates. I'm at the lot and will hang out over here for another hour. Had to water our plants. They were thirsty.
