Good morning.

I hope all is well. I know that the year has been difficult and confusing for most, but we do our best in spite

of the situation.

This email is to notify you that it is that time again, to update your adopt-a-lot. All lease will need to be renewed

for January 2021. If you have not received your lease yet, It's either you were contacted, and did not respond to

come pick it up, or I just received it this past Monday from the clerk's office. Due to the pandemic, time frames

have been impacted. Please accept my apology for any delay.

Please reply in a separate email with a day and time to schedule signing your lease. Please give 3 dates and time

within the first and second week of January.
