Sustainable Living Empowerment and Enrichment Conference

As you may or may not know, some of us here are organizing a Sustainable Living Empowerment and Enrichment Conference in association with the Greater Newark Conservancy, the Newark Community Garden Coalition, and Essex County 4-H on Saturday, June 15, 2013. This event will take place at Rutgers Newark. 

We could use some help with the organizing of what's going to be an amazing event. We have 18 presenters sharing some inspiring and fascinating experiences.   

The areas of support needed are as follows:

• Stage Design Facilitator (help with creating and implementing a set design that represents the theme)
  
• Stage Announcer (announcing the presenters) 
  
• Audio / Visual Facilitator (technical support) 
  
• Food Sponsorship Facilitator (keeping track of all food donations / sponsors)
  
• Public Relations Facilitator (press releases, write-ups, presenter interviews, publicizing event, etc.)
