Tobias,
Thanks for that interesting report-back on the workshop.
The workshop probably mentioned the hydroponics greenhouse in Orange,
406 Tompkins Square.
I was there yesterday but couldn't get inside to see what is up. From
what I could see it looks great.
(I looked for the comm'y garden on Greenwood in EO, but was in a hurry
and didn't find it. Next time.)
"Garden State Urban Farms (GSUF) collaborates with schools, nonprofit
organizations and government groups to provide employment
opportunities and educational programming as well as low-cost, healthy
food in urban areas throughout New Jersey.
GSUF operates in a hydroponic greenhouse in Orange, NJ. They train ex-
offenders and at risk youth in managing a sustainable business, while
growing the highest quality greens for the local community."
