As part of my 4th year honours degree in Business Management I have to undertake a piece of research. After careful consideration of many topics of current interest, I have decided to examine the impact of retailers' sustainable strategies on customers' purchasing decisions, focusing on M&S and its customers.
I have prepared a questionnaire which consists of 16 questions.
