Combating food insecurity through farm share initiative.
Since 2018, our farm share program has worked to ensure families have increased access to fresh, healthy food. For a membership value of $550, participants receive twenty weeks of seasonal produce, helping to offset grocery costs while connecting them with the local market.
Through generous grants and donations, we purchase produce from small to mid-sized farmers and partner with wellness professionals to provide cooking demonstrations and "food as medicine" workshops.
