Hello,

Project U.S.E. is looking for Newark youth to work for this summer's Pedal Farm Program. The Pedal Farm Program is a 6-week entrepreneurial farming program focusing on healthy eating and lifestyle (including riding a bicycle). Participants will write a business plan, tend 2 Newark micro-farms, and sell their goods at a local farmers market and senior center... all on bicycle! Youth must be 16 years or older. It is a job; students will be paid for their time. For more information, I attached a job description and application. Those interested should submit their applications ASAP, as we will accept students on a rolling basis and the start date is very soon (July 6).
