Muriel Tillinghast, a member of SNCC (Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee) in the 1960's, tenant rights and prison education activist.

Dorothy Zellner,  a member of SNCC in the 1960's. One of 6 editors of Hands on the Freedom Plow: Personal Accounts by Women in SNCC. Currently a Jewish activist against Israeli occupation of Palestine.
