Dear Bilal,

Thank you for reaching out and we are thrilled to have you on board and appreciate your support.

As we are currently in the process of putting together the overall event, I would like to request that you collaborate with the members of the Newark Community Food System to coordinate and orchestrate what the photo booth should entail. It is important for all involved parties to come together and align their ideas to ensure a cohesive and successful event. We don't have extra bodies to assist with setting up the photo booth, which is why we were looking for the support from you all as your contribution to this city-wide community event.

Additionally, I am delighted to inform you that I have already discussed the provision of pumpkins for painting with Barbara. We have made arrangements to have the pumpkins available on October 16th. We will have an area setup for that.

As far as the logistics for the day of, the event is from 4pm-8pm. The street will be closed by 2pm for load-in. The photobooth will be setup on Livingston St directly across from our
parking lot in the street.

If anyone from the Newark Community Food System would like to setup a resource table, they should contact Laticia Watson.
She has all of the specifics for the tents and table setup.

Thank you once again for your contribution to our event. Your dedication and effort are greatly appreciated. I look forward to collaborating with you and the Newark Community Food System to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for all involved.

Warm regards,

Peace Ms. Ta-Tanisha,

To date I've reached out to members of Newark Community Food Systems to gauge their interest in supporting the overall programming for that day. Some have reached out in hopes of tabling resources for the Trunk of Treat. Additionally, I am still hopeful to support the development of the proposed Autumn photo booth below. We should have more than enough bales of hay from Gordon. The donated pumpkins can be leveraged for artist painting.

Outstanding needs
1. Health and Wellness vendors from Newark Community Food Systems
2. Logistics for day of set up
3. Artists volunteers to help create the displays and facilitate pumpkin painting

Dear Bilal,

Good morning! I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to touch base and see if you could confirm your support for our upcoming Trunk or Treat event on October 30, 2023.

During our previous conversation, you mentioned that it was possible for you to assist us by building a photo booth with hay and decorations. I reached out to John from the Office of Sustainability, and he mentioned that he has access to 100 bales of hay. However, I assured him that we wouldn't require that many and he seemed fine with it. Of course, if you don't need the hay, that's perfectly alright as well.

Additionally, I would like to let you know that Barbara Weiland has generously offered to donate 30 pumpkins for a painting activity during the event. It's great to have her support as well.

If you could kindly let me know if you are still interested in supporting the event and providing the photo booth, it would be greatly appreciated. Your contribution would add a fantastic touch to our Trunk or Treat festivities.

Please find the attached flyer for your reference. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further information about the event. Thank you again for considering supporting us, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Warm regards,
