Position Announcement - Communications Consultant
The Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Working Group (NESAWG), convenes farm and food systems leaders, practitioners, and advocates across 12 Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. Our purpose is to harness the power that exists in our multi-sector regional network to catalyze meaningful change toward a sustainable and just food system. We do this through peer-learning, information-sharing, fostering collaboration, and policy advocacy. Throughout all of our programs and operations, we strive to center equity, an ongoing and evolving process. We are a fiscally-sponsored project of the Tides Center. Learn more at nesawg.org
NESAWG is currently seeking a Communications Consultant to support us in updating and implementing our communications strategy to help us meet our communications goals for the remainder of 2020 and 2021, and in developing key communications materials. These goals include:
Promote NESAWG programs and work
Lift up the work of our partners
Connect food systems practitioners to relevant information that supports their work
Move forward critical conversations and campaigns within the sustainable food movement
