Throughout the region, we're struggling against an unprecedented expansion of oil and gas infrastructure, with more pipelines, oil trains
and LNG terminals being proposed through our communities to transport the dirtiest fuels on the planet. These projects jeopardize our health and safety locally, and around the globe, we are already seeing the impacts of our dependence on fossil fuels, with
extreme weather, rising sea levels, freshwater scarcity and famine become ever more frequent and severe. But even as the fossil fuel industry pushes our planet toward critical tipping points, our collective actions constitute a
powerful movement towards a clean, renewable energy future.
It's time we brought New Jersey's communities together to strategize on a larger, more coordinated scale. Can
you join us this Saturday for the Food & Water Watch Climate and Energy Forum?
