New Jersey residents can apply to the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (Phase II) to receive up to 12 months of rental assistance for owed rent and future rent. Applications
close December 15th, 2021. Landlords may apply on behalf of tenants, with the tenant’s permission.

The Catalyst Seed Research and Development (R&D) Grant Program will offer grants of up to $150,000 to New Jersey-based startups to transform new discoveries from the research stage
into commercially viable products and services. Applications open on December 6th, 2021. Potential applicants are encouraged to attend a December 7th, 2021 informational webinar.

Open Enrollment is here! This is the one time of year residents who do not have health insurance through an employer or other program such as Medicaid or Medicare can enroll in an
individual or family health insurance plan through the State marketplace, Get Covered New Jersey. 90% of individuals enrolling in health insurance qualify for financial help, and many residents can access a plan for $10/month or less. Enroll by December 31st,
2021 for coverage starting in the new year.
