· Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects and stand for most of the day.

GREENHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Radicle greenhouse associates are essential to our mission of thoughtful production and packing of delicious and beautiful produce. Our and our customer’s expectations of consistent quality are high and so our team must be vigilant every day to exceed those expectations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting in the Growth and Packing of leafy vegetables and tomatoes.
· Crop Handling: Seeding, Transplanting, and Harvesting.
· Cleaning and Sanitation of Greenhouse floors and growing system.
· Educational background in Agriculture, Hydroponics, or related fields a plus
· Packing, labeling and boxing produce
· Assisting in the loading and unloading of Greenhouse and Pack House supplies and materials.
Essential Job Duties include the ability to do the following:
· Ability to lift 50 pounds.
· Ability to stand for a full 8 hour shift.
· Must be comfortable working in summer heat conditions or in a cooler at 36 degrees.
· Must have a reliable form of transportation, train, bus, car, etc.
· Open availability for work various work schedules.
· Must be authorized to work in the US.
