"It works pretty well, too; it takes only three or four minutes of pedaling to make five gallons of ice cream. The store, in downtown Los Angeles, is called Peddler’s Creamery, and it now has six employees (and they’re hiring). Yes, this is like the most hipstery thing ever. But who cares. Bikes. Ice cream. Righteous!"
