We scheduled this to be right after car free happy hour over at Floyd's Coffee.

Last week's conversation was really wonderful ("Ben and Ted's Transportation Conversation").... 

• 11 folks participated (and then a few stragglers showed up from the Willamette Pedestrian Coalition's annual meeting)
• we framed a conversation
• each talked about why we were there, what our interests were
  
• we brainstormed advocacy ideas
• formed a google group http://groups.google.com/group/transconpdx
• and scheduled another meeting
  

Thanks to Russ for taking notes which are posted to the google group

Tonight we'll pick up where we left off and look at the general types of advocacy that we might accomplish, see who's interested in what and then see if there's willingness to start chipping away at some stuff.
