With a great deal of help from some friends, I've entered this contest being offered from some pretty serious meat folks.
Now I'm soliciting myself in order to obtain votes. This is where you come in, my dear neglected readers of this blog that has become a 'back burner' project as of late.
If I win, I'll be on my way to N.C. to hang with some other like minded meat geeks for 3 days of talks and demos.

After an extensive review process by the ProteinU Advisory Board, out of numerous submissions to the "Who's Your Butcher?" Contest, your video was among the best of the best. The vote now goes to the national audience where the public will determine the final Contest winner. You have seven days to campaign for votes through your network.
We will be announcing the Top 20 to our national audience of over 30,000 followers over the next week. Additionally, we would like to acknowledge our great partners who signed up to help promote your videos and dedication to responsible farms.
