I'm thinking of going. I've got 4 seats available, sharing diesel and ferry costs, and stopping at a wonderful Belgian beer shop right on the route (you can import duty-free 42 litres of beer! and loads of space in the Transit) - and a brief visit to friends close by to collect crucial stuff! We would need to get a morning ferry on Friday 30 June.

We could come back either on the Sunday afternoon or make a dash for Calais after Shillelagh finish at 8pm. it's about a 4-hour drive so that would mean a ferry at about 01.00 Monday morning. Open to negotiation. Anyone interested?

I'm in north London, near Jct 25 M25. I can provide beds on Thursday and Sunday nights, if that helps.
