I would like to know how much power the board will consume in a year ? How much it will cost to repair or maintain? We need to think of the cost after installation. If the school cannot afford it then we need to cover that cost as well.

From your mail I saw the above  as quoted.  I think it will help us all if we can be given some estimation of the cost of transportation to work with.

Kindly tell the ABS to give us an idea of the estimation.

Dear friends

The maintenance required is the projector. It needs cleaning and blowing up of accumulated dust every 4 or 5 months. In addition the projector bulb may need replacement after approximately 2 years. The projector bulb costs approximately 25% of the projector cost.

Concerning transportation we need a van since the board is bulky. If one of us can get us a van that will be fine otherwise it will cost us between 800 and 1000ghc to transport the items to Mawuli.
